I recently moved into an apartment at the elms and so far everything has been great. Leading up to the move management has been great with answering questions. I went in a couple of times wanting to see an apartment and they always had something to show me. When there wasn t an exact type of an apartment I wanted to see they said they would email me and let me know when one becomes available. They were also very fast to email me back when I had questions which I really appreciated.
When I moved in I did the inspection and noticed one thing I wanted fixed. They had someone come out quickly to fix for me. Parking for me has not been an issue. There is also parking on the street if needed, however I have never had to result to that.
I was concerned about the noise issue after reading postings on this site. I have heard some walking around from the people above me, but nothing that has bothered me. I have heard some music being played as well however the people above me have been respectful and have the music off early. I am really appreciative of this because I leave early for work so I was worried about being kept up all night.
So, although I have been moved in for only a short time everything so far has been good. The only negative comment I have is that there is no outbox for the mail. If you want to send mail you have to take it to the renters office to send. Again, not a big deal for me because I just mail my stuff from my work.
