Every time someone slams a door, my floor "bounces".
The noise coming from above is intolerable.
The stone work has been replaced several times.
Abondoned cars are allowed to sit for months, without towing.
This is not a good place to live. You should keep right on driving past this little gem; it only looks good, it's not built well at all. AND BY THE WAY, other garden-style apartments don't have the same sound problem as THE ELMS does, contrary to what the staff at THE ELMS has no doubt posted as responses to complaints posted on this site.
