Since 2000, the property has been owned by three different companies. It is currently owned and operated by Equity Management. And after they took over, things went down hill.

The first thing that they did was increased the rent. It went up over 23%. They made each tenant get their unit renovated, which was a living nightmare. And they thought that paying half of one month's rent would make everything alright.

As a result, many of the units are now vacant. Long-time tenants have been forced to either move to a smaller unit or vacate the premises.

I just wanted to let you know things that are not in the brochure. However, the choice is yours!
