I've been in a three bedroom, 2 bath for a year now. I like the unit, though the bedrooms and bathrooms are quite small; the master bedroom has room for a queen bed and perhaps a dresser. There is a lot of good closet space and a nice storage shed in the back yard. They put in new appliances for me before I moved in and the carpet was new as well. The grounds are regularly maintained and minor repairs have been fixed same day and done right the first time. Minor complaints: the dryer doesn't handle lint well, it flows out when you open the door, the rent is very pricey for the square footage, there are a few neighbors who lounge on their front patios (under the master bedroom windows of their neighbors) 24/7 from where they make loud cell phone calls and/or host loud parties, and kids are running everywhere throughout the neighborhood with no apparent adult supervision. Little kids. Complaints about noise/trash dumping by neighbors result in slow action. Too many renters using vouchers have driven up the rent and prompty many "full-paying" renters out since you can get much more space for the same money or less. The new property manager isn't as personable as Sherry, but the staff overall is really great. Good for one or two people who really get along well, but not early enough space for families (the third bedroom is really tiny).
