Staff is inflexible and rent is outrageous From: bassett03 Date posted: 7/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Be forwarned! Crime is a problem as well as management. Rent on most apartments went up 100 per unit this past year. Pest control was never done. Management enters at will. Washer and dryer are very small. The dryer takes all day to dry a small load of clothes.
