Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
We have been here for 3 years and enjoyed it. Parking in front, garbage disposal nearby.
Problems in the past with plumbing (ceiling damage), A/C (carpet and property damage) and Washer (all leaking at different times). Rent has skyrocketed making rental exclusive. Moved in at $850 now 1250 for this unit.
