Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
This place was terrific in 2002 - now it's a real dump, becoming like Oak Mill across the street. The office people are horrible - ignorant, rude, incompetent. The maintenance people come in whenever they want - no notice frequently left as required by law. Trash everywhere, pipes/plumbing bad, loud neighbors, kids everywhere with no supervision. Way overpriced, constant entry into units for routine maintenance - they can't do it all at once' I hate this place. They sent me an eviction notice 12 days after cashing my check. Looking for private rental unit - don't move here!!!
