Avoid Chantelle and Nancy! Chantelle is rude, unhelpful, and has a horrible attitude. She is so busy talking on the phone that she hardly notices you when you come in. This summer my youngest daughter was nearly cussed out by her. Nancy is not as bad but seems to not care about anything. The other young lady that works there is the only decent one. Maintenance men could use some customer service classes. They are slow to clean up snow during the winter. There has been a few times where the trash has gone all week and not been picked up.

They have a "gym" which is just a hang out for the kids in the complex. Most of the neighbors keep to themselves and are quite but you always have a few exceptions.
Don't get a place in the back. It looks like they only clean in the front of the complex sometimes. Way too over-priced.
