Lived here for only a short time, but from what I've seen, this is a very nice complex. Residents are generally freindly and courteous, staff is very accomodating when nicely approached, and service has been beyond expectations.

Had one incident two nights after moving in where a resident was having a party that was spilling out onto the patio area so that music could be heard from over 100' away. Someone called the police who were at the complex very quickly. They made one little "whoop" with their sirens and the party was dead quiet immediately. That, to me, says the resident simply didn't realize how loud they were being. A far cry from someone who just doesn't care. Haven't had any incidents since then. Very quiet, very nice.

Service personnel has been to our apartment to do repairs on three occasions that only required one call each. They've been quick, professional, and courteous. The common areas are continuously cleaned and kept up and the exercise facilities are small, but more than adequate for the fee, which is nothing.

Very happy with what we've seen so far. Hope it continues.
