Miller From: unhappyrent11 Date posted: 7/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I live on the basement level and have complained over 7 times with noise level from the apartment above with a family of five. This noise is constant all day long and other neighbors throwing food from the balcony. Various neighbors leaving their trash bags outside their apartment door several days at time creating flies and other rodents inside the building. I would not recommed this HELL HOLE to anyone not even the homeless.I had the property manger tell me i was harrassing her because i reported my noisy neighbors unbearable and inconsiderate stomping,running,banging and thomping 24 hours a day 7 days a week!also the manger tells me " because of equal housing oppertuniteies the neighbors with large families can live on whatever floor the want, well that is respectable, but damm! don't the equal housing act have rules, FOLLOW THEM THEN! THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE APT. COMMUNITY I HAVE EVER LIVED IN!
