I lived there several years ago, so this may not apply however this was the best place I've rented from to date. My apartment was in the back, and they didn't keep the grounds all that great, but it was private and VERY quiet. I never heard a sound from anywhere. The neighbors were very friendly, I even helped a couple move out and still keep in touch with them. I had a two bedroom w/ a loft, very spacious.
I actually enjoyed the entire 12 months I lived there and I would consider moving back if I didn't work so far away. I hope that this review helps.
