The community is pretty with access to a park nearby and has clean, well kept facilities but the noise level is terrible considering it is located in a "quiet setting". Delivery trucks are allowed to park overnight in the parking lots (because Management refuses to tell them to park on the street) and the buildings are not built well so you can hear every movement of the people you live next to and under.
