My husband and I moved to the Gables after having a terrible experience at the Pinnacle down the road. We have found the office staff and maintenece wonderful! Usually with in hours of a question/complaint someone is at our door to examine it. When our air conditioning blew last summer, it was replaced with in 48 hours!!! The location is great, with plenty of trails to explore with our dog. Little to no street noise, walls are a little thin (meaning, I can hear my neighbors, but it is nothing excessive or disruptive).. but to be expected with an apartment.
I live at the front of the complex, so parking hasn't been much of a problem. I only wish they put the garbage and recycling closer together!
Also, love the gym. Well kept and offers a good variety of equipment.
All and all.. I love it here!
