Dark and gloomy. Apartment exterior seems dated. Slap on paint and new carpet to make it feel like home, but when winter comes head to Home Depot for plastic for your windows to stop the non-stop flow of cold air rushing in to the apartment. Held a match up to the window and the draft blew out the match before I even held it to the window - tired it several times to make sure! Put up a blanket over the sliding glass door and within an hour I had ice on the inside of my doors from the poor seal on the doors. No storage space. Closets are small. Landscaping crews will wake you up around 7-7:30am. Don't leave your windows open, they will blow dust and grass into your apartment. Walls and ceilings are thin, can hear mostly everything. Parking for the front buildings is horrible, have to drive and walk back - get a back unit building if possible. Security' What security. Never seen security personnel on the premises, except when the police have responded to something that has already happened. The complex is dark, more so by the recycling bins. Lighting needs to be updated for the increased crime in the area including car break-ins, unit burglary, and domestic violence.

I agree...don't even bother for a few extra dollars there are better places in the area that exceed what Gables can offer. Perhaps the Pinnacle.
