I've been at the Gables for over 2 years and the staff have been great and very friendly. The price is good and the apartments are set back in the woods and very peaceful. Not a lot of traffic and noise here compared to the Pinnacle. I've never seen the staff watching T.V. They are always at their desks and ready to help me when I go to the clubhouse. The person that wrote the last review is obviously very rude and probably not telling the truth. Whoever you are, sounds like your neighbors should be very happy when you move out!
