When I moved here 4 years ago I really liked it but now I can't wait to get out of this place. Ever since they moved the Property Manager to the complex down the street, this place has gone down hill and FAST. I had soap suds coming out of my toilet for months. It took a year and a half for the problem to be resolved. They had the buildings painted recently. When I returned from a business trip not only was there paint dripped all over the foyer, the paint on the door still wet, paint splatted on my inside welcome mat but my front door was NOT LOCKED!!! Of course there was no explanation except it was an "oversight". Once when I called the emergency number because my air conditioning wasn't working during the summer I was told it wasn't an emergency because the temperature had not reach 90 degrees inside. When I told the women on the phone I couldn't breath because I had asthma she said it wasn't her concern and that she didn't care if I passed out because again the temperature did not reach the degree for it to be considered an emergency.

The type of residents that have moved in here is not what they used to be. They are noisy, disrespectful and rude. The women across the breezeway screams and curses from her front door to her multiple kids that are playing in the parking lot. Kids leave their toys and bikes in the entryway so you trip over them even though they have been told not too.

Parking has gotten worse in the last year. The landscapers start so early in the morning you don't even need an alarm to wake you up.

On the other hand, the apartment is good size with a good layout and for the most part the public areas are kept in pretty good condition.

Bottomline, it's an average place to live. If you have another option you might want to think it through!
