I moved here in 2004. The first unit we moved in was nice. My main complaint was that I didn't get to see it before I moved in. To save a little money I moved to a smaller unit. Where do I begin' Since it was a handicapped unit there were no floorboards in the cabinets under the sink which smelled like mold. I let the office know and maintenance came in and sprayed some stuff to kill the mold. Then my oven did not work. I was told they turned off the gas but no one told me why. When someone came to turn it back on the maintenance worker told me that they guy who came to spray under the sink had an incident with my stove. It shot a flame at him and burned him. When I questioned management they denied it. I've had water stains on my ceiling in my dining room and living room which they've painted over the living room not the dining room. They've had people in the management office leave disgruntled so good luck having your rent posted in a timely fashion which in turn you get penalized as being late. I've had the key to my apartment break 3 times in 3 months. The first time was after hours. Luckily my son was in the house to let me in but I couldn't get anyone in the office to help me until almost noon the next day. The landscaping people are out cutting the grass at the crack of dawn, which is annoying. The worst thing is that there is only one trash receptacle at the front of the complex so if you live in the back it's a long haul to dump your garbage. There is also only one recycling area. I can't wait to get out of this place.
