My Husband And I with our 3 children have been living here since July of 2007. Well it has been a Nightmare ever since we moved in. Our A/C broke right after we moved in, it got fixed after yelling at the people. Our Refrigerator broke, got that fixed after yelling at them (again), then our hot water was not getting hot, we had water come through our ceiling, it took 72 hours just to get some one out here to look at it, by then there was Mold in the ceiling, so that had to be replaced (that took getting the County Inspector to get that done, I had wasp's living in my ceiling, that took 3 calls to get that taken care of, the dryer has broken 3 times, the water pipes froze all winter (over and over again)oh and now to top it all off my A/C yet again is not working, it is currently 91 degrees out side and in my apartment it is 90(at 8pm it was 105 today). DAVE the maintenance man, came to take a look at it replace something and told me it would take 3 hours before my apartment would COOL DOWN. Well 2 hours later its now the same temperature out side and inside!DAVE is the biggest BS'er I've ever met, every word out of his mouth is a lie!Oh, I forgot that just the other night at 2:30am our fire alarm started going off, it went off 3 times, we had to call the fire department to come and turn it off, calling Maintenance was a waist of time, they had no clue what was going on. Later that morning, DAVE told me it was the power to the building that was setting it off, I called the power company to find out that it was the battery for the fire alarm system for my building was dead. Not the power to the building. I have 2kids and an Infant who has breathing problem and it being so hot is not helping. Its like pulling teeth to get anything done around here, I have to keep threating them with a law suit just to get anything done!
Let not get started with the parking, if your not home before 5, your parking 5 building away.
The Grounds look like crap, cutting the grass is all they ever do, and it they start at 8am. Oh, there are so many mosquito's, sitting out side in the summer is not happening, you get bit 35 times in a hour.
The Building are S***, we still have the original stove, water heater and everything else in here is crap. The Windows well, the original ones, so as your heating your apartment, your doing the same to the outside, same way with the air conditioning.
The Play ground, need to be demolished. It is a death trap. No child should ever play on it or even be near it.
Don't rely on the Staff for anything. They can not find the heads from a hold in the wall. I can not tell you how many time, they call wanting more money because they took to long to process Check. For the price you pay you would think that they would have replaced something in these apartment,and you would get better service. They are way over priced for CRAP! Hell is nicer than this place!
I would never recommend this place to anyone, Run! find some where else to live. Do not live here, you will regret it!

I had the same problem with the A/C when I lived there. They even replaced the UNIT...and it STILL broke. And of course it broke when the temps were in the 90s and 100s. Upon calling the emergency maintence line, I was told that it had to get "hot enough" before the staff would even be called. What a POS place.
