I've been living here for a few weeks and have had a pretty great experience so far. The grounds are absolutely lovely, right across the street from Black Hill Regional Park. The community is well-lit at night, is quiet, and feels very safe. Pets are allowed but there doesn't seem to be a litter problem (possibly because of the plentiful drop baskets for pet waste). The apartments are huge, beautiful, and very reasonably priced. Management has been friendly and responsive, and the couple times I've had issues with my appliances they've been amazingly prompt. (My garbage disposal didn't work when I moved in--on the way to a doctor's appointment I stopped by the management office to let them know, and it was fixed by the time I got back. Stellar.)
As for parking, which has garnered a few complaints here--I live pretty close to the front of the complex, and occasionally I have to park a building down from my door. Seriously not a problem unless you're disabled or incredibly lazy. (If you are either of those things, try for a unit further back from the entrance, where there's plentiful parking.)
So yeah, all in all, an enthusiastic recommendation. Lovely place.

You have only lived here a few weeks and have already had a couple of issues that needed maint. calls and yet you still give this place a great review? Give it time and you will regret living here and want to delete your review quick.

Original reviewer here. For what it's worth, it's four months in or so and my opinion is unchanged. If anything the parking situation has improved a little, since they've recently started enforcing parking rules with towing. Reality check--there are maintenance issues everywhere. What matters is how quickly they are resolved, and on that score this place has been great. Sorry to hear you've had a difference experience, but so far mine's been good. I'll post an update here if that changes.
