Hamptons at Town Center

Been here 5 years and it's ok From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003   Nothing really special about the hamptons. They are however remodeling the apartments. They will only do mine if I move and the increase my rent by $250 per month. I said thanks but no thanks. But my apartment is ok. 2 Bed 2 Bath. Carpet has been replaced.(They only replace if you've lived there for 5 years vs replacing due to wear. Some riff-raff does hang around on sometimes but not very often. Basically no real problems. They are fairly prompt on maintenance but occasionally will forget & a repeat call is necessary. No in apartment Washers & dryers.(quite a pain) Withs such expensive rent, It's a shame to have to fork over $250 to wash & dry 1 load of laundry. There is a Free Gym with 24hr access which is nice. And the pool is nice. I rate it slightly below other apartments in Germantown, but better than many apartments in surrounding communities.
