Below Expectations!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
These apaprtments are not very good and the staff at the front desks are terrible at providing polite, prompt service.
In addition, the character of some people living in the complex are questionable. I suspect that there are criminal activities going on.
Finally there is a big bird problem causing the place to smell horrible.
