I've lived in the Hamptons for 2 months now. I haven't had any problems. the neighborhood is well lit and quiet. I can hear whats going on in the stairwell but I consider that a good thing. I always find a great parking spot. Everything is in great working order so I haven't had to contact management. For the price I think its a great place to live.
