It is not that bad

I have been their with my daughter for several years and it is not bad at all. I have had a few problems with people knocking at my door asking for money, a drunk man living upstairs who beats his wife, and people partying across the way late at night in the summer time but where do you not hear that. This happens in other places, also. The key to living in apartments is to keep to yourself and mind your own business. The rent is low and the aparments are not that bad. The only complaints I really have is about the heating units and having no washer and dryer. My electric bill is about $120 a month in a less than 850 sg ft apt. The apartments are not well insulated around either doors which causes your electric bill to be higher. I hate takin gmy laundry out of the house to the laundry facilities. The gym is nice and pool area. Overall I have had a decent experience and just very thankful that I have a place to live. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
