THIS IS THE ABSOULUTE WORST PLACE TO LIVE

If you are considering living here I would turn around and go somewhere else. The rent is relatively cheap for the area however it's really not worth the frustration. The customer service of the rental office has significantly dwindled off in the 2 years that I have lived here. They have a new management company as of earlier last year. I will not be renewing my lease. I wanted to protect their investment and have my carpet cleaned in my small 1 bedroom apartment. They told me that since I've only been in my apartment for 2 years I can't have it cleaned. WTF. It's their carpet. I was trying to protect them. It was normal wear and tear however I think the more often it's cleaned the easier it will hold up. It's not like I call every 6 months.
The washing machines and dryers in the laundry room are always broken. There is nothing like lugging your heavy clothes about 1/4 mile only to get there and not have an available machine.
I've found mold in my apartments near the doors and windows (this is due to inadequate sealing). I live on a bottom floor apartment and have found frogs inside behind my heating unit.
Maintenance is fast however I've called 3 times about my leaky sink and it's still not fixed correctly. Despite the fact that they came promptly. I'm so frustrated because everytime I look under my kitchen sink there is a pool of water that I have to clean up.
I really hate living here. The parking situation has gotten worst in the past few months. I also really question the type of people they have began to rent to. I come home in the middle of the day and there are way to many cars in the parking lot (if you get my drift). I had neighbors that were evicted after about 6 months. I thought they had income verifications. People drive up in cars at 3am with music blasting. I'm a young professional and even I can't stand for that. I can't wait until my lease is up and I get to move. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
