Do not move in this apartment complex. If you want to pay water, trash and on top of that Electricity, then this is the place for you. Electricity is very high because they do not have Central Air, there is a big box-like thing that takes up allot of room and in order to heat or cool down your apartment, you have to leave it running for more than 5 hours, and this makes your electricity bill very high. Since I moved in, I've never paid less than $120 for our electric. The best thing to do is to move somewhere in which ALL utilities are included. This place is roach infested and watch out for bedbugs. We did not have any before we moved into this place, and within 1 month, we had bed bugs and it took a very long time before we finally got rid of them, and to be very certain, we are getting rid of our bed before we move. The place we are moving to now is a one bedroom apartment and it is much bigger than their entire 2bedroom 2bth and it includes all utilities and it is a nice area. DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO MOVING INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. SHOP AROUND FIRST AND FIND SOMETHING THAT WILL PAY ALL UTILITIES FOR A BETTER PRICE. RIGHT NOW WE HAVE 2BED 2BTH AND AFTER RENT, AND THE UTILITIES WE HAVE TO PAY, WE END UP PAYING CLOSE OR A LITTLE OVER $1,400.00 EACH MONTH. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
