Im not one to be negative and "bash" things because IM bitter. But over the past 6 months its getting worse and worse. They say central air, it is not..its a unit similar to a hotel...and I just got a 300$ ELECTRICTY bill and its all because of the heater/a-c unit. The noise is absolutly ridiculous. I have a crazy lady playing her electric guitar at ALL hours of the day, if you call the leasing office, all they say is "call the cops", the cops wont come out unless its after 9pm, if they do come out they want you personally to make the complaint. I have written 3 letters of complaint on this woman and NOTHING has been done... The noise out in the parking lots is crazy too! The new management staff is so rude and snobby. Also random people LOVE to knock on your door attempting to solicite and try to get into your home, if you call the leasing office, all they say is, call the cops...WHAT THE HELL...CALL THEM FOR US, WE PAY YOU TO LIVE HERE...GET OFF YOUR ASS AWAY FROM YOUR DESK WHERE YOU EVER-SO RUDELY ANSWER YOUR PHONES, WHEN YOU ACTUALLY PICK UP THE DAMN THING AND CALL THEM FOR US!!!!! I cant believe I pay so much and I have to use a public laundry facility is never available because people wait and do all of their laundry in one day and use every single washer and dryer at once, they dont even leave ONE DAMN WASHER.....Now I know its not the apartments fault they have trash living here, but seriously, make wise decisions who you allow to live in here....
For a few hundred dollars more you could live somewhere nicer and be treated better. As soon as this lease is up in October and my husband and I are gone! Seriously....go somewhere else, trust us were not all bitter negative people, some of us just want to warn all of you and save you the stress!

Hi, my husband just got a new job in Clarksburg. We have never been to that area before and are shopping for a one bed room apartment near Clarksburg. Any suggestion? Read so many bad reviews about the apartment under $1000 rent. Really needs some help!! Thanks,
