I have lived in two separate units in this apartment complex. I first moved into a 1 BD 1 BR and had nothing out of the ordinary.. A/C / Heater issues, which cannot be avoided with the type of Hotel room heaters they use. I then transfered to a bigger apartment, and made the transition during a re-management/re-hire issue. Had tons of issues with my paperwork not being correct incorrect prices, in correct rent, notices of failure to pay. However the office staff is pretty nice, the situation was resolved. I have yet to have any problems in the neighborhood, great neighbors, very little noise in either of the units I have rented. Overall I have had a great experience and have recommended this area to my family/friends. It is in a great location, directly across the street from a PUB, food, movie theater. Down the street from a several schools, direct access to 270, shopping, employment and a walk to several gas stations/711. I would not want to move here permanently however it is all personal preference.
