Pros and Cons

I lived at this apartment community for two years and it does have its pros and cons as any apartment living does. The community is only as good or bad as the residents. Location was great near Starbucks, Safeway and other supermarkets and vast amount of resturants. So the location is awesome. But..... the noise is a quandary not only from those living below or next to you but from the plumbing.
The second bedroom depending on the layout will have a hotwater heater in the second bedroom closet. You can hear when those living next door or below you take a shower or bath or even flush their commode. You can actually hear the pressure of the water running through the pipes. We stayed for two years until we purchased a house; apartment living can be the pits. Management is great and will help and assist with clearing up any problems if you let them know. Dog friendly even though some residents do not pick up behind their dogs.
Laundry can suck because you have to drive or walk to the laundry room and one resident will take up all of the washers at once so you need to go early or very late. Water bill is cheap but the electric bill runs high even when you conserve.
