We have lived here for 2 years. A few months after we moved in the people who lived above us overflowed their toilet and flooded our bathroom and hallway. We ended up getting mold in the bathroom and it is still there!! After repeated calls and half ass fixes the mold still continues to grow on our bathroom wall. Our walls in the living room are cracking due to rain getting in and nobody has yet to come fix it. There is mold in our bedroom window and they have not addresses that yet either. It may look nice from the outside but it is not worth all the headache!!! Stay clear of this place!!! Can't wait to move May 31st!!! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I have a two months to go on my lease and I cannot wait to move. It has been a bad decision that I have had to live with. Reading the other reviews they are not off base. The noise and screaming children outside and inside their apartment along with the stomping is unbelievable. The repairmen are quick to respond but it seems it takes them two and three attempts to fix a problem. I had to tape my windows and balcony to stop rain and cold air from coming in. You are right looks nice from the outside but not worth the headache. I also think it relates to the type of people they are renting to. Maybe that is why the rent is so cheap, you get what you pay for..rude, disrespectful neighbors and a rental office that seems not to care.
