Hi
I am residing here from more than 1.5 years,and I am leaving this place because of unresponsible management there are few observation which i noted during my visit which i would like to share with you.
1. poor base of every Unit in the apartment,speacially when you are living in first floor then base is shaky when you walk inside.
2. Management people never listen the issue regarding the apartment defects and the problem.
3. unsafe parking,you may lost ur vhicle or thing can be stolen from the parked vhicle,i lost my GPS and other important thing from the Parked car outside the my apartment.
4. Huge Electricity bill ,almost 200$ you have to pay at the time of winter.
these are expeirence,I really sufferred here in this place
