I've been here for 2 years. Since being here for just about 2 years I've noticed a big change in staff and residents.

The officer used to have gatherings with food and drinks for the residents so everyone could get to know each other. The staff was always friendly and professional, but for the last 8 to 9 months when the new property manager Anita got there, things have gone down hill. The grounds of the community have gone from looking good to looking trashy along with the laundry rooms and common areas of the apartment buildings. Liz and Jeannie and are the only ones that seem to know the meaning of customer service. Cynthia and the property manager Anita are two of the most rudest and unprofessional women I have ever met. Cynthia blames her rudeness on how busy she is, which is bunch a bull and when you go to the property manager (if she's there) about an issue, she'll try to loud talk you and make up some lame excuse as to where you're having the issue you are having instead of actually taking the time to listen and fix it. She also seems to be just letting anyone move in. The crime in the community has gone sky high, just about every other day or night the police are arresting someone on the property, there's gang graffiti, drugs, and cars are being broken into through out the apartment community. This has all started to happen when Anita took over as property manager because she's just letting anyone move in. At the end of the year when my lease is up I'm out of here and would suggest that anyone looking to rent here not to.
