Hamptons at Town Center formerly The Colony at Germantown
< | >
I've lived at the Hamptons, previously the colony, for 18 years. My choice of moving in was that the colony was the best value in the county. It was rental concessions that kept me as a resident. As Going south over the years, when discussing my current lease, concessions were totally removed. I stated that I could not find my lease and the property manager took the opportunity to lie about a balance owed on my previous years rent. When I found my lease, I was correct in what I had been paying I think it's time to think about moving

That's a long time in an apartment. You should seriously consider buying a place if your situation allows. As for the management it definitely went south with the change over to the new management. I think I moved out just in time. I'd strongly recommend moving from what I've read, scene and heard. I found North Lake quite nice, especially for the money. I was there before before buying a place last year.
