I have lived her for the past 7 years

I have lived here for about 7 years and have seen at least two changes in management and ownership. I have experience loud neighbors and a few domestic distrubances, but these tenants do not seem to last very long. I have also seen large numbers of people living in 1-2 bedroom apartments and they too do not last very long.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my apartment and the amenities. Although I do wish that there was an option to have in unit washers and dryers.
My rent is great at $1002 per month. I don't think that I can find that anywhere else in the area. I have looked and everything else starts at $1200 and up. That huge increase is not worth it for a personal laundry unit. But, it would also be nice to have a fire place. Most of the new apartment complexes offer them.
The area is fantastic. Close shopping, entertainment and recreation. Close commutes in every direction.
With everything that is going on with the housing industry, it is a much better option for me.
