Bonafide horrible apartment living

Lived at the these apartments for three years and realized that nothing will change due to the property manager. I have to agree that the content of the majority of the negative reviews are true, its bonafide horrible apartment living.
These apartments took a turn when new management came into play along with the new property manager. I seen and felt a vast change in how some leasing agents treat residents; property manager and her close buddy Cynthia are horrible in customer service. Both have a policy of being unfriendly and unhelpful.
I put up with the small apartment because the price was right and I was saving money for a down payment on a house. I moved in with my uncle after having my car window broken and witnessing the police arrest neighbors on drug charges plus seeing a growing young male population that are wearing red rags (gang colors). Will be moving from my uncles' house in two weeks when I finally close on my house..yeah!
There are no incentives for signing a new lease.
There are no washer and dryers in units.
Apartments are small and before I moved out there was a problem with parking in my location. Due to the over occupancy of some apartments in my location.
Loud parties and loitering of young people during the night. Did call the police.
There has been burglaries and Anita only wants to cover the burglaries up and refused to notify residents of this problem.
Construction of these apartments are poor with poor insulation which causes your heat bill to be very large.
Nice location and low cost rent but bonafide horrible place to live.
