We vacated these apartments this month with our two girls and all we can say is this is a great place to live for those that don't pay rent on time and do drugs in their apartment were it affects the neighbors.
Ms. Anita loves these type of residents because she will let them stay and stay even though they are late with rent every month and receive evictions notices on their doors. Some of my criminal drug taking neighbors were receiving eviction notices before the recession hit. This is the personality of the apartments those that don't pay rent on time seems to be the norm. Trash was becoming a problem people just throw their cups and cigarette butts in front of your door.
Is does little to complain because Ms. Anita the property manager could care less if you can catch her in the office. We moved before our lease expired that's how bad it is at these apartments and from what we heard many others have done the same. But one of the most disturbing things we saw was the property manager walking her dog and not picking up the dog poop. Yet excepts others to pickup behind their dog....Wow!
For those that are responsible, respectful and believe in common courtesy and no drugs; these apartments are not for you...stay far far away. Because only those that don't want to pay rent and engage in criminal drug taken are welcome because Ms. Anita settles with them to keep the ratio of rented apartments up since good people are leaving because of them.
