Terrible apartment living not even worth the cheap rent....

These apartments sucks in everyway possible the last review is right on the mark. You have to pay 25 dollars for valet trash even if you don't use it, my trash can was taken away because I left it outside, I see no reasons for such a service when the dumpster is only a few steps away. Just another cheap gimmick by the property manager to obtain money for which the apartments don't have.
True and true the leasing staff will not consider any ideas from residents nor will they admit there is a drug and crime problem in the apartment community. I received my renewnal and will not be signing for a second year of misery. Its time to move on to a living environment that is free of crime and drugs at your front door and nasty and rude leasing agents and property manager.
You will pay about 300 a month for heat and air conditioning because the windows are cheap windows and the apartments are not insulated..if you enjoy high heating bills for a small apartment that does not exceed 900 square footage rent at the Hamptons. Because Pepco will love you and if you enjoy your neighbors stealing your cable by disconnecting your line move in these apartments; twice my nonhard-working neighbors disconnected my cable line so they could view cable for free before comcast put a preventable gadget on my line.
These apartments need a personnel and resident overhaul. not even worth the cheap rent because in life you get exactly what you pay for and included in your rent comes the hassele of dealing with drugs, apartment and vehicle break-ins with no help from the property manager her advice is don't talk about this to your neighbors. Yeah thanks for caring. Lease is up in May and will be moving in a hurry.
