After six months on a year lease, we moved out. These apartments are deceiving you think you are moving into a nice apartment community but months later you find out its not a nice apartment community but a bad apartment community that is full of bad people that commit burglaries, rapes to other neighbors. There are gangs living in these apartments and they have no problem wearing their gang colors as well as arrest for selling drugs.
The majority of the leasing staff including the property manager lack the skills for interacting with the public in a manner that is geared toward customer service. There is a lack of cleaning the stairwells or repair broken patios, balconies and porches.
The people that lived across from us had a party every Friday and Saturday and the property manager (Anita) did nothing, We eventually called the police. We care not to live in a apartment community that promotes and encourage those to stay that don't pay rent. There are eight apartments to a unit and in one month six out of the eight apartments in our unit had eviction notices. In reality there just seems to be a need to just fill the apartments with anyone even if they cannot pay rent on a monthly basis. Anita seems to be more concern with the big quantity instead of the quality of people moving in.
After the rape that occurred in the building next to us we decided to move my wife no longer felt safe and our patience was gone due to the non-caring personalities of the leasing office. Anita is closed-minded and rejects all ideas in making the Hamptons a better and safe apartments.
The courtesy office (s) do nothing there is no number to call nor can you reach them. So why have them on the property. Laundry rooms are dirty and some of the washer and dryers don't work.
I would not reccomend these apartments to my worse enemy.

Wow, I lived there for 3 yrs and I did not know there was a rape on the property, nor did I know there were gangs. I had an issue w/my neighbors smoking weed and it coming thru the walls making me sick. I notified the rental office numerous times and nothing was done. I even called Mont. Co. Police and on of the three times they came out they only entered the apartment once. The rental office always said they will handle it. The only thing they did was send a letter to the entire building explaining that illegal drugs are not permitted, but it didn't stop these weed heads.
