Hamptons are not nice apartments to live in. They force you to pay 25.00 dollars for valet trash pickup which they add on to your rent increase. No choice if you want it or not. It would be better if they offer it as an amenity. I laughed when I received a form letter telling me that I was a valued resident; which I know I am I pay my rent on time and have never received a eviction notice or late payment notice, but it is funny because my neighbor received the same form letter which they showed me because they were upset about paying for trash valet when they don't use it. My neighbor has received four eviction notices within one year, and late notices on a constant basis. Yet they are valued residents too...LOL I agree with another poster if you don't pay rent on time move in at the hamptons because you can get eviction notices and still be a valued resident. Throw trash on the lawns play your music loud and you are still a valued resident. Apparently the property manager like people that don't pay rent and cause problems in the community, Because you will not get evicted because you are a valued resident...
The property manager if you can catch her in the office is rude and lack the personality to deal with the public. She is very standoffish.
I have a nearby neighbor that has a live band in his apartment and it is loud and deafening yet no one in the leasing office has put a stop to it. Don't ask about the courtesy officers there are two but have yet to see them or do anything to stop the noise and illegal activity that goes on. These apartments are not safe, purchased a handgun after hearing about break-ins.
Lease expires in June and did not renew the lease because these apartments nothing like they lead you to believe. It is one big fat lie don't believe the hype. Thin walls, and more.
