I completed one year of lease in this apt and feels great to move to different apt. Though they have change their management staff this year but I bet you even this staff cannot handle their customers. They treat their tenants as dogs. No proper response on phone neighter when you meet them personally. I was tired of them.
Coming to apt, Its very tiny space though cheap but when you calculate per sft then its higher than other apts. Too many bugs and cockroaches. Not atall safe for family. All the existing tenants started leaving this community and currently they are running very specials so that they can trap us. But trust me you will repend if you join hamptons that too within a month. Once you are struck you are struck for an year, when you leave they will grab all your advance fees by telling any silly reason that your apt was not maintained. You will end up in loss.
