Never got my security deposit money back from Hamptons

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2008
I lived at Colony, then it became Hamptons for 11 years. It was quite good and economical in the beginning. They started jacking up the price every year moderately. Then in summer 2008, they basically offered an option to move to "re-modeled" apartment for $240/mo extra or move out. I preferred the second. I asked my security deposit money back several times (over the phone) and in person, by talking to their senior administrators. It has been over a year and I have not gotten my money back. Oh, one more thing - when I was moving out they ask for the jym card, they said it has been mailed to me, but I never used jym, nor got the card. Anyway they charge $75 if you don't have a card. So, if I ever get my deposit back it will be less $75 because of jym card I never got. I do not recommend these apartments, for similar rent you can find better places around Germantown.
