Going down hill fast From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   Archstone apartments have been sold and are under new management. The grounds, upkeep and service has declined rapidly in the last couple of years. I am not familiar with the new staff in the office, so can't report on that. Prices have gone up and service has gone down. Parking is terrible, trash is terrible, vandalism is on the rise. Snow plow doesn't bother to plow, sidewalks don't get plowed unless neighbors pitch in together and shovel. Not worth the money or the hassle. Hope it improves with the new owners. I'm moving when my lease is up unless things change drastically.
