It started off ok, but the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors snoring and clearly hear their conversation in the evening. Recently it seems like a lot of section 8 people have been moving in. One of my neighbors lived in a 2 bedroom apartment and had 4 children living there. The same neighbor allowed her children to run around the neighborhood at all hours of the night. I've often seen childrenn climbing on the overhangs roofs so above all ther is a lack of parent supervision. Prior to moving out there was in increase with break-ins. If you don't arrive home by 8 or 9 at night you are pretty much out of a parking space. People don't clean up after their animals so you better watch where you are walking. The staff is nice and provide decent customer service. They should work on thier mail room, if you have a package you can just walk in and grap it or you could just grab anyones.
