Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
First years, okay, but is getting bad, fast. New management understaffs place, have had problems keeping records, don't maintain package room, grounds a mess. Appliances are cheap, and maintenance staff is unskilled. If rent was reasonable, wouldn't complain so much, but rent is outrageous.
