I've lived here two years. Will be moving this month, thank God.

Last February during the George Washington weekend snow storm, my car was hit by one of the maintenance men. If not for a neighbor looking out their window, I would have never known what happened. The man threw my tag on his cart and drove away. It took four months for me to get paid, but something tells me if my neighbor had not seen the accident, I would have been on my own.

The place has gone down in my two years living here.
