At first you at the model(s) and you are so excited. The staff appears to be very professional. Enjoy the moment...as soon as you sign the lease...the monsters come out. The staff is so UNPROFESSIONAL. The apartment was short and roaches are everywhere. Please take my advice and move elsewhere! The saving is not worth. The outside is dirty. The staff does not take care of the property and they are clueless. I will file a complaint with MD Real Estate and HUD...I suggest those people they are disatisfied please contact Alliance. They are the property management company for this garbage!
