It seems that there have been constant staff changes for the past year. The last group of people were really nice but this new group, who have been there for the last few months, are rude and unhelpful. You have you complain to the corporate office to get service. The manager is never in and the one time I saw her she looked liked she was going to the beach. The lead maintenance man is a joke. He was the one who so called took care of my work orders and he did a terrible job. I think he is senile.
