I Have never seen a place like this I have lived here for the past 4 years and since the new management that has come in it's just completely ridiculious. The new manager is a ----- and the new leasing staff is rude are just dumbfounded especially the big black guy. If you every have to deal with any of those people in the office get it in writing. Nobody knows anything and everytime I go to the office there are always new faces. As far as for the other person who wrote that the issues are at no fault of the office they must work for the office. The truth of the matter is that these apartments has gotten worst over time and the new management is not helping the situation. She seems to be the biggest problem. I was offered a lease renewal and had already given my notice to move out and could only laugh are the kidding I would rather pay a mortgage than renew my lease here. And as far as for that meeting last month I did not find any comfort in anything that was said I feel that questions were ignored and from what I understand if any residents complain about any thing to the new manager they will get a notice to get out. So a word to the wise don't give your name or apartment number when you have to complain about current conditions or staff and by the way the corp office number is 7133691600 for alliance residential it seems as if you can't get anything done unless you call them. This past 4 months living here as been the worst first the dumpster fire which was for to be a resident and then to find out that there is a convicted sex offender living over here enough is enough it is most definetly time to go. and I would advise anyone who is looking to look else were it's like they say you get what you pay for and for Milestone that is not alot just grief and headaces. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I agree with that 100% that new office staff is just unbelieveable and the black guys name is Eric Pitts and he is incredably rude and short with residents.

I spoke to another lady when I had to report the leasing office. I guess those jobs change quickly. Nonetheless, avoid Milestone. That's a scary place to live.

I would have to agree. I was told something by a rental agent and resigned my lease in good faith that milestone would keep it's word. However, as soon as I signed, she was gone and now no one is willing to carry through on what she had promised. This place has serious mgt. problems!
