Recently the office decided to change how the residents get into the fitness center. It is a great center with lots of equipment but I think it is bad customer service to change how we get into the gym and not notify us. There are alot of die hard workout folks here and many were not able to get into the gym for a few days. When I called to get the number I was told that I had to wait to get a notice. It was very inconvenient. I had to change my work out schedule just to get into the gym at office hours. It seems like such a simple to put out a notice but it was not done.
