It's true since new management took over, milestone has gone seriously downhill. The new management is OUTRAGEOUS. New people everyday who are beyond clueless. I was approached a maintenance worker outside who told me he needed a roommate in his 1-bedroom. When I complained about it, I was blown off. I hear there's a convicted sex offender around, too. I hate mice and they wouldn't do anything about it. The property manager, Carol Burrel, is a complete idiot and never there. Returns calls after about a week, if you actually get a call. They are there to do nothing more than put people in the apartments and rape them for every dime they have. STAY AWAY!
