Bad From: LuxuryApt Date posted: 5/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Pros: Lots of open spaces for kids and dogs to run around. The apartment was quiet, but I lived on the top floor. The apartment was nice inside (phaseII). I liked the location, it was somewhat private, secluded. Cons: Water pressure was terrible. The office staff is a revolving door and RUDE. Downright NASTY. Low income housing neighbors who are shady. My girlfriend was jogging one night and was followed by someone I had to chase him off with a tire iron while on the cell phone with the police. Fun. Had a 6 month lease, the company penciled in 12 months and tried to claim it on my credit report. If you move into this place get familiar with Landlord Tenant Affairs, you will need their number on speed dial.
